I ordered a trial kit for the equivalent of £20 on 17th May. Since then I have had the total sum of almost £200 taken from my account and received NO (none whatsoever) further kits, refills, ongoing monthly treatments as described in their T's & C's. I have raised my concerns with the bank and also used the 'easy cancel' option they also offer. I await the outcome of this 'scam' with baited breath!!! NB yes it is easy to be suckered into these things but this companies' T's & C's were nowhere to be found near their advertising page - and they are also not taking the said amounts for their monthly costs out of my account either - I'm paying way over the quoted price. Would have been cheaper and easier to go to an outside consultant. Cheers - for nothing. One angry customer.
