Months ago I took advantage of their free trial and after many week they deducted £55.90 from my bank account and again on the 7th July. This was without my authority.

I have sent many email messages and did recieve a response after several weeks after my first complaint in May. That was just prevaricating asking for more information. Quite simply I was asking for an immediate reimbursement.
None has been received and today I received a packet which remains unopened from their agent in Cyprus. I am not opening this packet as I DID NOT order it. I believe they are fruadualent.
