I stupidly sent for a trail packet of 2 samples of Acai Berry and Total Cleanse. Unfortunately right after I received the trial packets, I began receiving the bottles with 30 capsules. I immediately sent everything back unopened. I immediately called to cancel the order and since they had already withdrawn money from my account (how stupid of me to give out my debit card #) asked for a reimbursement.

Here's the chronology that followed:
11/21/08 received free trial bottle (Total Cleanse) plus $5.95 for shipping-order #595773
11/26/08 received trial bottle of Acai Berry
12/08/08 $89.31 withdrawn from bank account (description IP-2EnhancemyBody (8887717070KN)
12/22/08 $78.84 withdrawn from account under CleanseMyBodyStory (8882343438GB) Was given a Conf. # 1994341
12/25/08 Order #958891 received
1/02/09 $84.79 withdrawn from my bank account
classified as EasyBodyDeToxoxonline (8888582808KN)
1/3/09 received email from BBB acknowledging they had received my complaint.
1/5/09 Sent complaint to BBB of Florida. Received a Complaint #55063424 regarding SFL Nutrition LLC. BBB stated they would send complaint to company
1/09/09 $84.79 withdrawn from Bank account-description-Pure Body Cleanse

1/12/09 I sent a letter to Fulfillment asking for cancellation and refund. I was given a confirmation #1994341. I also stated that I had sent a complaint to BBB and request for reimbursement.
1/28/09 I called Total Cleanse Order#1336959 and asked to cancel and a refund. I was told I would get a refund within 7-10 business days. Conf. # 1383641
1/28/09-Received email stating that Order #958891 was cancelled for Total Cleanse.
2/3/09 Received email from BBB stating a need for update of my complaint on website http://www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org/DV. Aspx?
