Dear Brian McGrew:

My name is Linda; I am a sale associate assign to zone 1720/Michael Kors and Calvin Klein 3rd floor. An incident took place last night at 9:15pm July 16. I was approached by a group of young people who tried to return 2 Michael Kors%u2019s blouses without proof of purchase according to the POS System. I proceeded to call security from Calvin Klein to confirm the purchases, Mr. Diaz/Security also confirmed no proof of purchase as I read the CRL and SKU numbers.

Security instructed me not to return the items. I stressed my concerns for my safety. I asked for security to intervene in this transaction. I believe Anton came to relieve me while I was on the phone with Mr. Diaz and Detective Stallone. They assured me that they have undercover details to secure my safety.

The end results were we retrieved the blouses back to Michael Kors and they walked away with nothing. Mr. Brian McGrew I want to thank Anton who handled this matter professionally with Mr. Diaz and Detective Stallone, you have a great security team and I am grateful they intervened when I needed them most!
