Section8programs.com is a scam!!!

My daughter paid for this section 8 package of $14.

I tried calling their number 314-601-5615, said that I reached online support and they're available Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

HOW DO THESE KIND OF PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS?!?! She had just moved out here and have not received any thing from this company. This was July 27
WHY? Now are you able to do any thing? Or at least give us are $14.00 back. Thanks
