These guys are a bunch of incompetent idiots. Ben in particular. He is a very smug person who needs to learn about customer service. We had a shipping issue that was partially my fault. So they supposedly shipped out a new package next day air with the proper shipping information. Ben gave me a tracking # and that tracking number did not work. I called the next day and Ben gave me a different tracking number. That tracking number that did not work either. Ben gave me some excuse about how "that's the tracking number my shipping dept. Gave me." To make a long story short I called Ben today obviously very upset and he just egged me on like a smug little jerk. He really needs to learn a lesson in customer service. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for not receipt of item. The credit card company is going to get me my $ back thank goodness. I am not sure closeoutdigital is even a legit business. If they are they are a shady one at best. Save yourself the headache and do NOT deal with these guys. Also, when I first made my order Ben pulled the old bait and switch on me. Sold me a grey market item and told me I would have to pay more for the american model. I still ordered from them thinking I was getting a deal. My mistake. These guys are not professionals.
