I signed up for 3 months free over 12 months ago and was under the impression I would be asked if I wanted to continue I would then be charged a monthly fee. I used this twice within the 1st 5 days of signing up and have just noticed I've been getting charged every month on the 5th $14.32 AUD. I have no way of contacting these idiots and want ALL MY MONEY BACK from day one. The above info in the boxes for 1 year but there more. Please help me.
