I gave her a deposit for a wedding cake. We also tried to buy several other cakes and pies which she never delivered. She had closed her doors in Boca and tried to operate out of her partner house in Palm Beach. She tried to charge my credit card for the balance on the wedding cake which was a price way above what was contracted. I had the credit card company remove the charge immediately, issue a new card, and suspend her account due to fraud. I lost my $250 deposit but not another $300. This lady made the best cakes while she was in business but now all she wants to do is to commit fraud by charging peoples credit cards and not delivering. Her customer service and method of talking to customers was among the worst I have ever seen.
