We ordered a number of neat containers online. Only after the order was placed did message appear stating that the containers were out of stock and that we should expect to wait "a long time" for the order to be fulfilled. Since the order was for a temporary location, we couldn't wait a long time. Repeated attempts to contact the company by phone and email were useless. The product is great, the company stinks.
