I joined this site at the encouragement of a friend, since I lost my spouse last year. I understood the fee was monthly, but they drafted the entire amount at once. The site is horrible, does not live up to advertising, I get hits from people not even close to information I submitted, messages are sent that I did not initiate and no place to request a refund. It's only been 4 days but I want off that site and my money back!!!
