We drove to las vegas thinking we had a 3 days and two night room at the west gate resort and when we got to the resort the did not have a reservation for us so they did billed my credit card when i called them they said that they sent me a email that my income was not engouh i ask what was the min income i had much more income what they want and so they said they cancelled my reservation i did not received an email or a phone called i talked to them for about and hour and they said they could'nt do anything big rip off i had to find other room for the weekend never trusted them again and was un friendly when u had a complaint
