Who are thses people? I never heard about them until last month when they took $30.00 out of my account and caused an overdraft. I called my bank who investigated it and said they would do a one-time reversal to my account. Here we go again, it's July and they do it again. Who are these people and why after so many complaints they still exist? Who do we contact to stop this fraudulant activity?
