A purchase was made for a special offer of all 6 relaxing videos for a price of $15. Oo.
When the download was started all six videos appeared along with a messeage recommending to down load one at a time.
One download was started and completed. When the down load was started an icon stating view all downloads was at the bottom of the computer which was clicked on and then xed out eliminating the the six videos that appeared at the begining and has been lost forever it seems. A message to bookmark was read and a bookmark icon at the top of my computer was clicked. I just want the rest of my downloads.
