I ordered a sample of skincare from Phoenix Labs on July 1 for 4.95 and it was paid. I now see that they have charged my account two separate fees of $99.00 and $93.00 without permission. I called the company to have my account credited as I have not not even used the product yet, and was told that I could not get refunds because I ordered online, I told them I would stop payment through my bank and the person I spoke to told me " YOU CAN TRY TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT WE GOT YOU", I was so angry and told him that his company was a bunch of crooks. Never again will I order anything online. My bank will be disputing these charges but what a nightmare. Do not order from phoenix labs!!!
