I ordered a socalled free try out by phone from a radio commercial. When I ordered the product they siad it was a free sample but the shipping and handling was 9.95. I agreed and gave them a card number. They then told me i had 10 working days to cancel my subscription or they would deduct from my account and send me a month supply.

My order was made on the 11-27 so I had till the 12-11 to cancel, which i did 0n 12-05. Much to my suprize i got home to check my mail only to find a package from Pharamzone labs, which i opened to see what it was. The month supply was at my home on the day which i had cancelled.

I called Pharmzone right then and ask why I recieved this package on this day and was charged 69.95 from my account the day before. They told me that my order was taken on the 11-24 Thanksgiving day, which is wasn't. I then asked to have my account credited back they told me to send the product back to them and a credit would be posted. I sent it that day it cost me 1.69 to send with a conformation receipt not 9.95 as they charged me.

When i noticed they recieved the product on the 12-11. I called to see that they recieved it and when my credit would show? They then told me that it would take up to 30 days to be credited. Here it is 01-15 and they still havent credited my account and have refused to answer any of my calls or called me back.

This company is a rip off, please do not let your self get ripped of as i did. Plus the product is a scam it did not do a thing for me but give my mouth the taste of citrus, a common breath strip to all my accounts.
