Ripoff expressly promises for health waterless greasless cookware without refund

At a home fair in CA. On 9/18/04 I purchased cookware expresely promised to perform waterless/greaseless cooking of vegatbles and meat. My credit card was charged (full Amt.) 9/24/04. The order form states delivery 2-5 weeks. I received half the order 10/11/04.

I ran the enclosed video which promoited great old company with much customer service. As well I learned details not presented at the show i.E. Meat should be at nearly room temperature defore cooking. I followed 4 recipes stated in their cook book with bad results of burned vegtables and gray uncooked meat. Called customer service 10/18/04 got message system. With no return call I faxed my complaints on 10/20/04. Finally got a response on 10/22/04. LeAnn Knight, V.P. Told me don't return the half shipped order as there is NO REFUND. She advised all the order was shipped and I disputed her computer records.

In fact the balance order was shipped 10/23/04. When the goods arrived 10/28/04 I refused the box which was returned to Health Craft. I set up a 60 day dispute credit with my card company - sent a letter to Charles R. Knight of Health Craft and retuned the half order of merchandise on 11/4/04. The box was refused at their Tampa office and retuned to me.

I have checked with the Sec. Of State CA. Office and this company is not registered in CA. Having an "Agent of Service" enabling me to sue Health Craft. This is illegal. My credit card company and I have not reconciled a refund from Health Craft but they offer to exchange over $1k for other misc. Kitchen items. I am contacting the FL. Sec. Of State and sue through the FL. System where the assets are as this Company and products are a ripoff.
