Health Craft Waterless/Greaseless Cookware is only available through live cooking demonstrations at selected fairs, home shows, and mall shows throughout the United States. What they don't tell you is that, when you purchase the cookware at the show you have 3 days to cancel your order, even though it takes them a month to send the product to you. The cookware cost is extremely high, well above their competitors.

One of the pans that I purchased had a cracked handle, So figuring that I paid so much for the cookware, and figuring that they told me there was a lifetime guarantee on there products. I tried for weeks to get a hold of someone at the company.

If you go to their web site http://www.healthcraft.com it says to contact the customer service department for any assistance. Well they don't have one, I have called numerous times trying to cancel my order due to total frustration, and all I get is voice mail. When I finally did get to talk to someone I was told sorry but we only have one person working in costumer service, and since the three day period has passed all I can offer you is in store credit for the amount of the purchase. ($7,000.00) What am I going to do with $7,000 of in store credit with a company that is obviously shady.
