In May, I took an online survey with 4 different gifts to pick from as thanks. I picked Aura Vie—payed the postage as instructed. My understanding was that this was a one time GIFT—I should have know better.
On 7/11 I received another box of Aura Vie skin products with a bill for $97.88
When I called the company I was told that unless I had declined the product, I would receive this product regularly and pay the $97.88. I was told it was my fault for not reading the information
Again, I thought this was a one time gift. A gift is something that one does not pay for.
Needless to say, I'm sending this back. I may have to pay at least some of the bill (since I didn't read thoroughly).
I will never work with this company again!!!
