Unrecognized Charge From Partner's Account, Family Lives in Australia

I have access to my partner's bank account and I had notice this "sprbalife" that none of us have heard of has taken money out I his account? I'm just wondering how and why and when will I be getting my money back because I for one do not take such greedy scams. Somebody better be getting to the bottom of this before it happens to anyone else. We live in Australia and for it to be taken out in Los Angeles we have no idea.
