Lost a boat and cost me an extra 25.000USD on another boat

I was also tricked into accepting a low offer for transporting two boats from US to Norway.

One boat is missing completely, he supposedly arrange for delivery from Boston, but none of the papers has checked out.

He told me that the boat had been deliverd at the harbour, but could not tell me at wich harbour the boat was transported to.

I know that to be allowed to drop of a boat for shipping, the forwarder has to arrange with the papers and so on at the harbour but without any papers to document anything i assume he has stolen the boat.

None of the marinas around the area where he supposed to have delivered the boat has seen the boat.

The other boat he made a offer to transport it all the way from the marina in florida to Norway, but after two weeks of telling me how much trouble it was to pick up the boat, i made a few calls and arranged for the transport, the boat was picked up and transported to the harbour.
But he hadnt arrange for any paperworks here either, and would not talk to the transport company and sertanly not pay them.
I had to arrange everything myself and with a 38 ft boat waiting on a special trailer costing 500usd a day, things got expensive.

No wonder why he hasnt done anything but keeping the deposit, because the transport didnt cost 12000 as he made a bid on, but close to 40.000 usd.

He hasnt helped me anything at all, and ripped me from deposit on two boats and stole one boat worth 45000usd.

Any help would save my day!
