We were invoiced for $1200.00 items neither ordered nor received so I asked to see a signed packing slip. Never got a person at any number they provided but was told in voice mail that the items were on hold for payment. We are a not profit and thankfully don't just pay out invoices that come across the desk. I guess for big business this is just one of the costs but for non-profit we have to double check everything.
