Finds excuses to not pay their total amount of invoices

Coree Signs and custom fabrication company failed to completely paid their debt for invoices owed to our company.

We had been dealing with Coree signs for over 10 years, but it was only recently after switching staff that we starting to realize inconsistency in their purchase order and payments. After much discussion with management we decided to stop servicing this company, the main reason being that every time we invoiced him. He would refuse to pay certain invoices based on not being to his standards or him returning the material after we had paid our vendors. After much time sitting down we invoiced him for his last set of orders, and received payment 3 months later for an amount less than we had invoiced him for, he wrote us a letter based on what he thought we should have charged him even though we had agreed on the price and had completed the work three months before payment was received.
