My 90yr old aunt purchased these off the TV. My husband and I hooked them up and followed all instructions. HOSE BROKE in less than 5 min of use-ripped and water poored everywhere till we could shut it off. Horrible quality-not durable.
In calling the website, I was placed on hold 20min before finally talking w a live person and was given a different number to call. 4 calls later, i was told I would be refunded for the hoses (0nce they are received at warehouse) and was given a return label for shipping but would NOT refund the $19.98 shipping and handling charge (per supervisor)
