Ordered hose from company on web site. Didn't find out that the order takes 24-48 hours to enter into their system; 3-6 weeks to process the order and 7-10 day to ship. You don't find this out until you submit the order and they have all the credit card information. I tried to cancel the order minutes after submitting the order and they said to call back.
