I ordered a black hose with solid brass fittings for $29.95 buy one get one free. When the hoses were delivered I received 2 poor quality hoses with plastic fittings the operator stated the black ones were on back order and people have been waiting for them since May she told me if i wanted to return the hoses I had to pay the shipping or if I chose to keep them she can credit me $5.00. I believe this is a scam they have you order the nice hose and ship you the poor quality one.
