They Damaged my home, Billed my Homewise Insurance Co., Which is now in Recievership, admitted they had done "the initial damage", via email. Have me in Curcuit Court Of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Curcuit in and for Polk County Florida Case No.: 11CA-2272, Section: 07. For not handing over My Insurance Proceeds (claiming treble damages $40,000.00) to them. Have they also billed thier Insurance Company as well? Who is thier insurance company? Do they have a bond? My home is debt free, They think they can take it!
