Denied our claim for windstrom damages that our home acquired from two strom

In May two windstorms on two separate dates, damage my home. I could not get any help from the Insurance company with the cost of repairs. I've been paying premiums to them since 1994... With no major claims. Others in the neighborhood had their claims honor by their insurance company, and their homes repaired. The inspector who inspected my home said all rooms were leaking but two. Then the claim was denied.

I ask them to re-inspect my home but they decline my request. My home is well kept. The storms cause damages to our roof that were not there before. Therefore causing us to have the roof replaced, with no help from them with the cost. You get home owners insurance to help with out of the pocket fees for repairs.

That claim shouldn't have rested on that one inspector opinion or report. Our home should have been re-inspected for the fact that there was storms in that area that cause extensive damage not only to our home but homes in three counties... Burke County is were our home is located in Midville Ga.
