Received a Ebay second chance offer on 2012 Harley Davidson Blackline after failing bid at auction. I increased my offer to $10,000US which was accepted and received a email from Andy to take advantage of ebay's Buyers Protection which would be registered with ebay by him and once registered would send bank details which he did. Transfered $10,000US to his ebay Bank Account in London. 3 hours later
no reference of monies received from seller, so tried emailing seller several times to no avail. Contacted ebay and explained concern and was advised to stop transaction which I did
