I made a terrible mistake by offering my credit card for tech support on my lap top they totally did not fix the problem but made it worse the tech i was talking to said his name was Sandy Kapoor from India that was my 1st red flag we had words & i told him to forget this & not charge my card. His reply was "do you think i work for free" good customer relations! I called my credit card within hours & i already had 2 charges on my card that was a fraud i had to cancel cards &make a police report it was a frighting experience my mistake but hopefully i learned a good lesson that i want to make others aware of this so called scam company
