Grandson's $55.99 gem purchase unauthorized and refund repeatedly delayed

My ten-year-old grandson was playing Pogo games, which I pay $39.99 a year for, and somehow he purchased 10,000 gems for $55.99. It never confirmed the purchase or asked for a password to authorize this transaction, and they somehow put it through anyway. I saw that I was charged $55.99 for this, and I talked to them online and explained what had happened, and they assured me a refund would be given.

They list a phone number, but you cannot get through to them, and it is so hard to reach them online. They promised me the refund would be done by the 10th, but I had to contact them again for the refund to be issued. I finally got through to them on the 10th, but they then told me the refund would be done in 2 or 3 business days, but I have to contact them again. I did not authorize this purchase and want my $55.99 refunded, and I do not understand why they keep telling me to contact them again when it is so hard to contact them.
