I called Charter Cable to try to fix an email issue on a new computer involving Microsoft Live Mail. After talking to Charter's tech, he switches me to this bunch. About 15 minutes into their weak attempts to fix the problem, they started their sales pitch and began asking a lot of questions about computer banking and buying. I then told them I wasn't interested. We're still trying to track down the tech who set this set up.
