On 7/01 I Called the number for Hewlett Packerd tech support and I was connected to this SCAM Company. First you can't understand what they are saying as the accent of the so called techs is terrible. My problem was that I couldn't send an attachment by e-mail. They took over my computer and spent nearly 5 hours. Before they gave it back to me. I told them that I would by as they suggested Norton Security Suites at a a price of $99.98. The bumbling tech screwed up my operating system that, nothing worked. I am going to HP, BBB and anyone else that will listen until I receive a reversal of all charges. I had to spend another $150.00 to fix their screw up. Roger Powell
