Dear HP,

Your association with the offshore partner Iyogi.com is detrimental to your reputation. As an HP user, I was subjected to high pressure aggressive scam artist Piyush for simply trying to get technical assistance for my HP printer. He was trying to rope me into buying an anti-virus program that would clear my computer registry of junk for hundreds of dollars. When I called him on his pitch, he became rude and insulting accusing me of trying to use his services for free. When I reminded him that I had initiated the call for assistance under the auspices of Hewllet Packard Help Line, he acted as though I were trying to trick him into helping me. Ridiculous!

As a customer I resent this kind of stupid sales tactic and resent HP for associating with such a scam artist. I wasted a great deal of my time with this con job.

Judging from the number of website reviews that have exactly the same complaints, the same nasty treatment AND the dates of the complaints indicate your corporation’s indifference to customer concerns, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Shame on you for associating with iyogi.com and I will be spreading the word about your disregard for such negligent relations with crooked scam artists.
