I had the same problem as this lady but I did NOT have the product for the 14 day trial. My money was stolen by these people out of my account after only having the "free sample" for 7 days. After calling and waiting on hold for a half hour to sleek with someone, they refused to return my money. A very rude man said he would give me half of it back but that it all. I am devastated by this. I cannot afford this and don't know what to do. Please help me.
