Sent trial, but billed account before I had a chance to use trial product

This company advertised by quoting Dr. Oz on Oprah's show. They allowed you to have a trial sample of the product. They have billed my account to send more products (Power Tea and Acai Berry) before I have even used half the trial product.
I have contact the credit card company, and will dispute this.
When the product arrives, I will write REFUSED on the package, and RETURN TO SENDER.
This is a total ripoff.
