Went to see Dr. Roach about a month ago everything seemed well up until one month later, when I was charged $50 even though I didn't see the doctor or set up an appointment. I never gave them permission to take funds out of my account as I always paid in cash. I called trying to fix the situation and was told that they would call me back. This was on the 5th of July in the morning when I spoke to the receptionist. I now have accumulated overdraft fee's because of them removing funds without my permission or notice. I am very upset and disappointed with the way they have handled my situation. I thought this place was professional, I was mislead.
