First purchased entire set of the cookware in October. One pot became warped and one had surface damage. We called and followed their instructions for returning. We shipped them on February 22. We waited a couple of months for a return but never received them. We have called numerous times and spoke with the representative. They have continuously told us either that they had already shipped or were going to be shipped shortly. It has been 5 months and we have not yet received our pots.
