When I was online banking, the Loriela product flashed on the screen to answer 3 questions and you can get a sample of their product by just paying the shipping which I did and a week or two later I received the product and as we as human beings are fools not to read the small print. I spoke to their rep Lee and he said that if they did not hear from me within 14 days I would be charged, and to my astonishment when I checked my credit card transactions I was charged $102.96 Cdn for just a little sample. However after much frustrations speaking to Lee, he cancelled my account (He did send me an e-mail confirming this) so be aware if you don't cancel they will charge you again on a monthly basis, and will not reimburse me and MasterCard were of no help, I wanted my card cancelled and they said companies have a way to force the payment thru, which did not make sense if there is no card how can a payment go thru, so much for MasterCard they are useless.
