Over the years I have made many online purchase from firms like,: LL Bean, Vitacost, Microsoft, and many others without problems or complaints. Today however I purchased a bed from Walmart and it was a very bad experience.

It took me only 10 or 15 minutes to select the bed I wanted to buy.

However I had to spend another 2 hours simply to make the purchase. Over and over I was asked to fill out survey forms, signup for credit cards, and many other actions. A number of times I had to log off and restart the whole purchasing process.

All in all it was a very bad experience and I have no desire to ever have anything to do with Walmart.
