I recently purchased two packets of remy hair extensions from this company and my advice to future customers is do NOT buy unless you have a 100% sure of the colour that you are ordering is correct. I had never ordered from the company before have bought the same colour hair before with a different company and had no problem. However when I bought from hairextensionbuy the colour was completely different. Since then I have tried to contact them through email and phone to return my order however they have not got back in touch with me. I am now stuck with hair that I cannot use and more annoyingly have lost a lot of money. I will never buy from this company again and I would advise others not to do so either.
