United Service Bureau of Mediation:
You will get a call from a restricted number. The guy will tell you that he is a server that works for Process Servers of America (which he doesn't and won't give you his name). He will then tell you that you are being served with a court summons. He will state that you should call United Service Bureau of Mediation.
You will call 8664161937 and supposedly a Attorney Christopher Hoxxxx will answer the phone. He claims to have a paralegal Coleen Geoxxx that will accept the payments. He says you are being sued. You need to pay us to keep this out of litigation. It sounds so believable. I asked them for a debt validation letter and it was computer generated. Attorney Christopher Hoxxx's name wasn't even on it. Coleen Geoxxxx didn't even sign her name at the bottom. Very unprofessional. I searched for an Attorney Christopher Hoxxxx in New York and New Jersey guess what? He doesn't exist! I searched because they claim that there business is located in New York: 2809 Wherle Dr. Suite #3 Williamsville, NC 14221. They have also been at 17405 Main St. Clarence, New York? Moved about 5-6 months ago??? Hmmm. So scam written all over it.
