I too was decieved by Family 1st. Like other people I want to better my financial situation but when I called my bank a year ago, they said they could't help me so when Family 1st called me and said they we're a team of lawers who could put pressure on the bank to give me a low rate and possibly lower my prniciple by $60.000.00, I was interested. So I went on line to check them out. Their wedsite looked good and there were no complaints with the BBB so I too filled out and sent the packet they sent me along with two checks totaling $2,195.00. They did contact my bank but after about six weeks the communication stopped. So now I too am behind on my mortgage and facing forclosure or short sale. Tomorrow is July 4th."
