Requested a product, "XTreme HCA" for a free trial and cancelled within the time period required, 15 days. They sent an email recognizing my cancellation, yet charged my account the full price of another shipment, $99.90, the same day I cancelled my order. When I called, they said the order has already been sent and could not refund my money and would cancel all future shipments. This is scam to force me to pay for a product I don't want and have complied within the terms to cancel. I need my money refunded. Please tell me how I can get my money refunded. Thanks so much!
