I ordered a cream from velour a after completing a survey, which said I only paid the shipping of £3.49. The cream arrived quite a while after and my bank statement showed they had taken the shipping. I have just checked my bank now and they have taken another £74.95. I don't know what this is for and certainly haven't knowingly agreed to it. I will cancel my card and tell the bank not to let anymore payments go to this company and try contacting velour a to see what they say about it.
