I like everyone else that has a complaint against this company had to call in to complete my order. I then called 1888-853-3688 that gave me a ID number to ask for a refund and they stated that I will receive my refund within 5-7 business days. When the 10th day was over I sent and email that stated there was no record of my account with them and ask for further information. I make this transaction on 06/03 and have yet to receive my refund till this day.
