The website information for this company is VERY misleading and indicates they are associated with the USPS which they are NOT. This is a total scam and I am appalled that the postal service has not shut this "service" down! They offered to give me a $10 refund since my order had already been processed, and I certainly accepted it but again, this is a SCAM! Make sure you are on the official USPS website and NOT one that Google directs you to!
