I called Apple Support for help with an iPhone and they connected me to their tech support who turned out to be these people. These people did a diagnosis on my phone and said it was a software issue and gave me a guarantee that they could repair it for $49.99. Three hours later they still did not have it fixed and the next day the phone had to be replaced by Peachmac (the Apple Store in Athens, GA). I called for a refund but they refused and then proceeded to charge me a $19.99 monthly subscription fee for which I never signed up. CB&T VISA provided me NO help in disputing these charges so I ended up cancelling a 25 year relationship with CB&T VISA over this whole ordeal. Very disappointed in CB&T VISA as well as advising that NOBODY ever use the services of Tec*MYTECHHELP. Repeated calls to them assured me they would refund my $19.99 and the $49.99 if their recordings indicated I had indeed been given a guarantee but of course I have not gotten any refunds.
