Poor service, absent employees - Photo service at Belle Isle Walmart

The three machines that accept flash drives are out of order - yesterday and again today. I returned today to use the other machines that accept the camera card. The ticket said prints would be ready by 3:49.instead of waiting, I went back at 4:30. Had to search out someone to help. Turns out that ONLY two people are trained to run the machine - one was off today and the other left at 4:00. So, I have to go back again tomorrow. I have probably eaten up the money saved wasting time and gas going back and forth. Very poor scheduling choices on the part of the manager there. (Check out lines were way too long, too.)
