Sent for a sample for which I paid postage. No way of cancelling further deliveries as both the Crawley and London telephone lines have been cancelled. I wrote a letter cancelling further deliveries. Two quite large amounts have been taken from my account, another parcel delivered. No way of contacting them to
a) send the parcel back as it needs a number which can only be obtained through one of the unobtainable telephone numbers and
b) if I send the parcel back will I get a refund or lose both goods and money?

In my opinion this is a scam and I feel such a fool.
