I ordered a free sample of Lift and Glo Pro for which I was asked to pay £1.99 postage. This arrived but I noticed on my statement that I was charged a second time, £1.95, 'Buy Lift and Glow'. Then on 22nd August I saw on my statement that I had been charged £84.71.
On the same day an email arrived telling me that their 'company's courier cann't make the delivery of parcel'.
Reason: Postal code contains an error

They also sent an attachment which couldn't be downloaded. Then they added that I would be charged $8.88 dollars every day after 20 days for keeping it. Their terms and conditions then stated that I would be sent another one every three months at this same 'low rate' unless I cancelled.
When I tried to reply to the email it was sent back 'postmaster failure'.
I have been to the bank and cancelled my card but they can't return my money because I didn't cancel in time. On the original site there was no mention of another parcel or of cancelling - it was simply a free sample.
